Mindful pampering

World Health Organization has defined mental health as “A state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her abilities, can cope up with normal stress of life and can work productively and fruitfully to make his/her contribution to the society”

So firstly let’s accept it that some amount of stress or dislike is a part of life. When we talk about this term pampering the first thing that comes to our mind is a lot of indulgence and care.
